  Brought in a Nexus 6p to have the battery replaced. Was told the battery would be in in a week. Week goes by no word. Go into the store and a nice gentleman tells me it will be in next week and they'll call me when it's in. I never hear any word. I go in three weeks later and the very apologetic manager tells me there was a billing system transition and my transaction/order was never recorded. I was provided a refund and my order "expedited". Stop in the shop one week later. The part has not shipped yet. Shop here if you enjoy speaking with nice and friendly individuals who proceed to waste your time and money on services you've already paid for. Edit 10/17 The manager resolved the issue and only due to him would I recommend having this shop service your device.
